From our Georgia workshop to your door, here's how your loot makes the journey.
Made to order
Every item is made to order. Each piece is printed, cleaned up and inspected before it ships, so production time is part of the wait. It's already included in the delivery estimate below.
Delivery times
- Most US orders arrive in about 1–3 weeks, including production and shipping. International orders usually take 2–6 weeks, depending on customs.
- This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Timing can vary with order volume and USPS transit times.
- Need your order by a certain date? Email us before you order and we'll let you know whether we can make it in time.
- If we can't ship within the time we promised — or within 30 days, if we didn't give you a date — we'll email you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you don't reply to that email, we'll cancel the order and refund you.
Where we ship
- We ship from Warner Robins, Georgia, and we ship worldwide.
- We ship to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses and to US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. These routes can take noticeably longer in transit.
- A few destinations are out of our hands: if USPS has suspended service to a country, we can't send there until it reopens.

- The free-shipping amount is measured on the items themselves, before any Guild or discount code comes off.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are a flat $12 at any order size — these routes cost noticeably more to reach.
- Pick your destination in your loot bag before checkout, so you see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
- Import duties, taxes and customs fees on international orders are set by your own country. They aren't included in what you pay us, and you'll owe them on delivery.
- Digital downloads (coming soon) don't ship, so there's no shipping charge for them.
Tracking
We ship with USPS. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.
Please double-check your address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please double-check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. The sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we can fix it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number.
- Damaged package: send photos of the item and the packaging.
- Lost package: if tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find it, check around your home, with neighbors and with your local post office, then let us know.
We'll work with you to make it right, either by sending a replacement or by refunding you.
