Welcome to the Quest Guild, traveler: these terms explain how Quest Points (QP) are earned, spent and kept fair for every member.
Joining
- The Quest Guild is free to join.
- Each email address can have one membership.
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so there's no password to remember.
- These terms are part of our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle member information.
Earning Quest Points
- Joining: you get 100 QP when you sign up.
- Shopping: you earn 10 QP for every $1 you spend on merchandise after discounts. Shipping and taxes don't earn points, and partial dollars are rounded down. For example, $34.19 of merchandise after discounts earns 340 QP.
- When points arrive: purchase points are credited when your payment completes.
- Earlier orders: orders you placed on this website with the same email address before joining are credited the first time you sign in to your Guild account with the link we email you (this confirms the email address is yours). Orders placed through our old Etsy shop don't earn Quest Points — we can't verify them from here. Points begin with orders placed on this website.
- Bonus points: we may award bonus points for giveaways and events.
Redeeming rewards
Trade your points for a discount code from your Guild account:
- 500 QP for $5 off
- 1,000 QP for $11 off
- 2,000 QP for $25 off
Points are deducted as soon as you redeem them. Each reward code is single use, has no cash value, can't be transferred, and only works at checkout with your Guild email address. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Quest Points have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Welcome offer
New members get 10% off one order. The welcome code is single use and tied to your member email address. Because only one discount code can be used per order, it can't be combined with a reward code or another promo code.
Refunds
If a purchase is refunded, the Quest Points it earned are removed. For a partial refund, the matching share of points is removed.
Ranks
Ranks are based on the lifetime Quest Points you've earned, so redeeming points doesn't lower your rank.
- Wanderer: 0 QP
- Adventurer: 500 QP
- Pathfinder: 1,500 QP
- Champion: 3,000 QP
- Legend: 6,000 QP
Ranks are just for fun. Current rank perks are listed on the Quest Guild page, and perks can change at any time.
Giveaways
Giveaways follow their own rules, which we post with each giveaway. Every giveaway has a free way to enter with no purchase necessary, and buying something never improves your chance of winning. Unless a giveaway says otherwise, entrants must be US residents aged 18 or over, and the giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
Fair play
Please play fair. Abusing the program, such as creating fake accounts to collect signup points or welcome codes, may lead to removal of points and any rewards gained that way.
Changes to the program
We may change or end the Quest Guild program. If we do, we'll notify members by email.
